A Bit About Me
My journey in IT started around a little over 7 years ago when I got my first ever job as an apprentice IT Technician, and over time I have gained the skills that businesses require in order to keep systems functioning effectively and safely.
I have experience maintaining onsite servers that host critical data, Active Directories and Exchange on-prem for over 8 organisations collectively.
Part of my role was maintaining and managing Azure AD's and 365 tenants, which over time became a much larger part of my job given that the cloud is where the future is and the future is now.
My bread and butter is desktop and laptop support, as I most enjoy my job when I am directly helping people.
